Chris Aldeguer

Christopher James Aldeguer from Daly City, CA has been dancing for 18 years. He is currently a Taekwondo Instructor at Legacy Martial Arts in Irmo. He is engaged and has two dogs, Luche Lu and Kiko De Gallo.  He trained in Daly City in movement and music for 8 years that was strongly influenced by the hip hop culture. He was with a crew named The Company who are now a world renown crew that made a stamp into the dance crew world. He was trained by Pat Cruz and Shaun Evaristo that are now world famous choreographers.  He then started his professional journey the last 10 years in Las Vegas, NV. Jobs ranging from being an extra for a flash mob into being a back up dancer and then leaving the city as an industry choreographer. Christopher was a back up dancer for the K-Pop group BTS in their Chicago tour, guest performer for the World of Dance Las Vegas tour, and a dancer for Bruno Mars NYE performance in Las Vegas. As a choreographer, he was lucky to choreograph many corporate events and shows as well as artists like Mariah Carey Live show in Las Vegas and the new Donny Osmond show that opened last year. Lastly, he was able to be an assistant for Nappytabs in 2021 which was a dream of his ever since SYTYCD came out.  Christopher was a life coach for a couple years and is now putting it into his craft. His goal is to share what he knows in dance and taekwondo and fit in as many life lessons as possible so that the kids in the future are well equipped mentally, emotionally and physically for their journey in life. He always likes to preach, “it’s not the successes, mistakes, loss, heart break, and habits that determine who you are, it’s who you choose to be and what you’re going to do about it after it happens!
